Stacey’s journey began with Oakbank Business Solutions (OBS) Tax Services, where since 1994 he has helped thousands of clients navigate complex tax, trust and estate issues. Recognizing that tax planning alone was not enough to meet client needs, he later expanded into OBS Financial Services, offering investment, insurance and wealth integration strategies. Together, these entities formed the foundation for CWMC — a premium division built to serve entrepreneurs and professionals who want comprehensive, tax-first wealth management.
He is a graduate of specialized training through the Knowledge Bureau of Canada and continuously enhances his expertise through advanced tax, investment and insurance education. This commitment ensures clients receive advice that is relevant, forward-thinking and fully coordinated across all areas of their financial lives.
Beyond technical expertise, Stacey is a strong believer in relationship-driven advising. He began his career specializing in Personal (T1) Returns, Farming Tax Planning, and Small Business Tax Services, where he developed a strong foundation in helping individuals and entrepreneurs navigate complex tax situations with confidence.
Over the years, Darcy’s passion for growth and precision has guided him toward expanding his expertise into Corporate Tax Returns and Planning, an area in which he is now pursuing advanced specialization. His hands-on experience with both personal and business clients allows him to see the full financial picture — ensuring seamless coordination between bookkeeping, compliance, and strategic tax planning.
In addition to his tax expertise, Darcy also manages bookkeeping services for clients, helping maintain accurate financial records and providing reliable insight that supports informed decision-making year-round.
